I began to see that it was time for me to take another step in evolution, from Steve Rowbotham the Olympic hero, to Steve the leader who cares passionately about the happiness and success of others, as well as my own. Having figured out how to draw out the best in myself, I wanted to inspire and guide others to draw out the best in themselves too.
I now have a perfect co-created programme I can use as a framework for individual or group work and that feels great. I’m getting ready to launch my first group programme now. It feels so good to have another aspect of my life clearly planned.
The idea that I created whilst we were working together, and which you encouraged and nourished and believed in is now a very well-respected, perfectly imperfect global organization which has helped many thousands of women directly, and reached over 2-million women
You helped me to trust other (more easy) ways, letting it happen more in a natural way. Your coaching work always brings forward the genuine in me and my work.
